Outstanding Communication
At ProCare, we know the importance of professional communication. That’s why each ProCare customer is assigned a “single source” contact person who is responsible for central oversight of each customer’s requirements. Doing so aids in consistent support, follow-up and customer satisfaction. All ProCare employees, supervisors and officers are available 24 hours a day via phone, e-mail or SMS text. Furthermore, each new customer is given a ProCare “Cleaning Request Log.” This log is placed in a cleaning closet or common area so any employee can point out something that needs attention or make a special request. Staff is trained to read the log first upon entering a facility to and to address all requests recorded in the log first.
